Adderall XR is prescribed for the treatment of hyperactivity disorder which is mostly found in children. After using the drug for a long time the patient’s body and system get adapted to the drug. Even in some cases, the patient becomes an abuser or addict. In such cases, the doctor tends to cut down the dosage of Adderall or may sometimes even ask to withdraw from it. But the patient’s body or body need not respond to it in the desired way. A few of the drug withdrawal symptoms are :
- Sleeplessness or sleeping-related problems
- Tiredness
- Depression
- Frequent mood swings, etc.
So consult your doctor before quitting this medication. It may harm your body badly.
